The quarterly summary meeting of the pharmaceutical transformation and upgrading project was successfully held

On the afternoon of August 10, 2023, at 2:30 pm, the quarterly summary meeting of the pharmaceutical transformation and upgrading project was successfully held in the west conference room of the company's synthesis plant. Li Ke, General Manager of Shoujian Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Wei, Deputy General Manager, Consultant Party Zhengqi, representatives of various departments, and relevant members of the project team participated in the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to summarize the preliminary work, share experiences and lessons learned, and further promote the progress of the project.

Firstly, the Lean Promotion Group reported on the work progress from May to July. A total of 72 meetings were organized, and 135 on-site improvement projects were completed. The Lean Promotion Group also provided a detailed introduction to the challenges and solutions in the project, sharing successful experiences and lessons learned.

Subsequently, four improvement teams, namely on-site standardization, operation standardization, equipment standardization, and quality standardization, reported on their improvement work during the same period in sequence. The on-site team shared the standardized sample areas created by each region. The homework team gradually upgraded and improved from the first version until completing 87 standardized homework assignments in the third version. The equipment group narrated the leap process from assigning responsibilities to completing 54 equipment standardization tasks. The quality team shared improvements in source supplier inspection, control of process key control points, and process standardization.

Subsequently, the project team leader also summarized the improvement situation of the project. The project starts from four standardization aspects. In the first quarter, the main focus was on bid construction, evaluation, and review work (78 on-site standardization projects, 87 operation standardization projects, 54 equipment standardization projects, and 5 quality standardization projects). In the second quarter, the project officially entered the training phase. During this period, the project team also conducted exploration and research on three quality improvement projects and three production capacity improvement projects. The improvement of these topics has provided valuable experience and reference for the progress of the entire project.

At the meeting, outstanding individuals Wang Xuechao and Liu Xiuchen, as well as excellent teams in the packaging and configuration workshops, were also commended and rewarded. These awards not only recognize individuals and teams, but also motivate them to continue working hard.

Finally, the company leader gave a summary speech, pointing out that all members of the project team have made contributions to the smooth progress of the project with a high sense of responsibility and mission.
