On the afternoon of May 9, 2023, the launch meeting of the company's "Comprehensive Improvement of Preparation Transformation" project was held in the west conference room on the first floor of the company. More than 60 people, including Zhang Xiaoqiang, a domestic manufacturing system practical management training expert, Shen Xiaofeng, Chairman of Shoujian Technology Co., Ltd., Li Ke, General Manager, Inbin executives, and all members of the project promotion team, attended the meeting. Zheng Yaochun, President of Shoujian Agricultural Group, and other senior executives of the group were invited to attend the meeting.

At present, the pharmaceutical business model is transitioning from traditional "planned production" to "order based production". In order to adapt to market changes, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical production, and enhance the market competitiveness of pharmaceutical business, the company has launched the "Comprehensive Improvement Project for Pharmaceutical Transformation", with a project period of 15 months.

The project was personally led by Li Ke. After preliminary research and discussion, it was decided to hire production management training expert Zhang Xiaoqiang as the project's overall guidance teacher, and vice president of production Zhang Wei as the project's overall leader. Zhang Xiaoqiang has long been committed to the construction and optimization of standardized operation management systems for enterprises. He has unique insights in production and manufacturing, quality management, material coordination, and procurement optimization, and has assisted hundreds of enterprises in successful transformation.

At the meeting, Zhang Wei read out the "Decision on Establishing a Project Promotion Organization" and clarified the responsibilities of each member.

The project team issued appointment certificates to the guidance teachers and team leaders, and representatives of each team leader and member delivered speeches.

Next, Li Ke gave a detailed introduction to the background of promoting the transformation and upgrading of preparations, and elaborated on the purpose and significance of promoting lean standardized management of preparations. He emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to optimize the production process of the enterprise, introduce standard operations and equipment self preservation models, improve production efficiency and product quality. Secondly, it is necessary to break the original stability management mechanism, create a new business model for supply chain operation, and output efficient closed-loop business models for pharmaceutical OEM standards. He proposed that all members of the project promotion team should not disappoint the trust and heavy trust of the company, devote themselves wholeheartedly to the project work, assist in the successful transformation and upgrading of the formulation, and comprehensively enhance the profitability and core competitiveness of the formulation.

After the meeting, Teacher Zhang Xiaoqiang kicked off the implementation of the project with an exciting course on "Reconstructing Cognition and outputting the Value Chain".
