On April 9, Shan Jiliang, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Binzhou Beihai Economic Development Zone, came to our company to coordinate and promote the construction of Beihai Industrial base. Lu Hui, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the management committee, Gao Xiangyu, deputy director of the management committee, Cui Yanli, chairman of Shandong Beihai Fine Chemical Industrial Park Co., Ltd., and Feng Yuansong, deputy general manager, accompanied us. Li Jianjun, CEO of Shoujian agricultural group, Zheng Yaochun, chief financial officer, Zhao Wei, chief operating officer, Chu Dan, general manager of Huanghai science and Technology Park Co., Ltd., Li Ke, person in charge of Beihai project and other relevant persons attended the promotion meeting.

This meeting is the first promotion meeting of Beihai Industrial Base of Shoujian agricultural group. At the meeting, Dr Li Ke detailed reports on the project planning and progress of Beihai, focusing on the advanced technology of the project, safety control measures, environmental protection plan, intelligent plant design, energy saving and consumption reduction effect and the future development direction of Beihai base. Li Jianjun introduced the structure of Shoujian agricultural group and the strategic layout, implementation plan and work progress of "one hospital, two parks".

At the meeting, Secretary Shan Jiliang asked about the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of promoting the Beihai project, and answered and deployed them on site. He said that the development direction of Shoujian agricultural group is highly consistent with that of Beihai Economic Development Zone, especially in the fields of new materials industry and high-end electronic chemicals; for the problems concerned by enterprises, the management committee should draw up a list and make plans to help solve them, and strive to coordinate the work with the goal of putting into production. He stressed that it is necessary to establish a mechanism for two-week communication to advance the construction progress.

Beihai production base is located in Beihai Development Zone, Binzhou City, with a total area of 450 mu, a building area of 151951.9 m2 and a main building area of 55430 m2. At present, the project has entered the construction stage and is expected to be put into production in December 2021. Production capacity: an annual output of 39000 tons of high-end fine chemicals, construction standards: in accordance with the standards of intelligent factory, through high standards of automation, continuous engineering equipment, to achieve industrial upgrading.
