In order to further strengthen mutually beneficial and win-win strategic cooperation, promote new Qiaochang, new concepts and new requirements under the new situation, and enhance the core competitiveness of supply chain, Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. held a symposium on "Qiaochang Modern Packaging Strategic Suppliers 2019-2020" at 8:30 a.m. on the first floor of the office building. Before the Symposium began, the supplier team first visited the factory intelligent line, three-dimensional warehouse and so on, and appreciated the development and transformation of our company from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing". At the beginning of the symposium, Mr. He Zhaochuan, General Manager of Purchasing Department, gave a supplier symposium to share. Firstly, the concept of "Xinqiaochang, New Journey, New Development" is introduced comprehensively, and the new image of Xinqiaochang is introduced from the aspects of company's economic strength, group size, R&D technology, environmental protection, ecology, service, finance, education, humanities, future planning, etc., which strengthens the belief of suppliers in deepening cooperation. He also advocated the purchase concept of Xinqiaochang, and put forward four concepts of "strategic cooperation, service agriculture modernization, win-win sharing and sunshine procurement". Through these four concepts, he promoted the core competitiveness of the supply chain, enterprise service awareness, resource integration, information sharing, and maximized the benefits of the supply chain. Later, he always made new demands on suppliers under the new situation: to improve the quality consciousness and service consciousness from the ideological point of view; to strengthen the management from the action point of view, and to improve the management system. At the end of the sharing, we express our good will to support each other, work hand in hand, and achieve win-win strategic cooperative relationship in an all-round way.

Subsequently, Director Hou Yiliang of Quality Inspection Center of Quality Control Department shared the packaging quality standards and packaging quality problems in 2019, which sounded the quality alarm for everyone: it is urgent to strengthen quality management, improve quality and service awareness.

On behalf of the company, Mr. Liu first expressed his heartfelt thanks to the suppliers for their willingness to support Qiaochang's development in the changing environment of laws, market upgrading and improvement, and the company's constant changes. "High quality" does not mean "zero error", but it is the infinite pursuit of "zero error" that makes our work full of motivation, full of challenges, and constantly strive for the goal of "zero error". Then the importance of packaging quality is analyzed from three aspects of market efficiency. Suppliers are required to strictly control the quality of packaging. The quality of packaging indirectly affects the benefit maximization of the whole supply chain from upstream to downstream.
