On the afternoon of November 16, 2018, the kick-off meeting of the Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Reserve Instructor Group was successfully held in the West Conference Room on the first floor of the company. At the kick-off meeting, Li Chen first conveyed the guiding ideology of the company's establishment of the instructor group, and analyzed the original intention and significance of the instructor from the aspects of hematopoietic function, team building, cultural communication and personal development. Meng Linghua gave a brief introduction to the instructor group management plan from the definition of instructor, competitive evaluation, star rating, incentive mechanism and instructor-building plan, and announced the organizational structure of the instructor group. Guo Junhong conducted a key analysis of the instructor training process, which was divided into three stages: R&D, training and improvement. The entire construction process was synchronized with the operation officer's project. Later, the delegates and the preparatory instructors rushed to speak, shared their understanding of the instructor's creation, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the topic. Finally, all the pre-teachers were grouped and produced four teams, namely, the master team, the sea, land and air team, the BBK team and the Rockets.
