On the morning of November 26, the company held a training meeting on safety management improvement project in the plant. He stressed that "sensible leadership" is an effective way and a core driving force. He showed the "sensible leadership card" in October, praised the excellent ones and made an overall analysis of the ones to be improved, including: the safety commitment should be specific, from finding employees' violations to discovering employees' highlights and praise, from discovering employees' problems to helping employees solve problems, etc.

Then, the "personal safety action plan" was carried out. The leading cadres should focus on the safety content, including meetings, inspections, research, etc., focusing on the periodic implementation of the work plan. Mr. Cao explained to you how to operate and the later deployment arrangements.
