On the afternoon of November 9, the project scheduling meeting of Bincheng Huanghai Institute of science and technology and industrial park was held in Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. Bai Pinghe pointed out that as an important external window to show the city's image, the Yellow Sea Science and Technology Research Institute and industrial park project is a key project and people's livelihood project of the whole region. All departments at all levels should concentrate and unify their thinking, further improve their sense of responsibility and urgency, earnestly promote the project as a "No. 1 project", and make every effort to speed up the progress and ensure the smooth construction of the project.

Bai Pinghe required that the details and work contents of the "ten one" promotion measures should be further refined, the task list should be formed, the advance amount should be printed out, and the project construction plan, procedures and time nodes should be made clear, so as to push forward. It is necessary to strengthen scientific planning and top-level design, reasonably plan the layout of key points, and optimize the layout of business forms, so that public service facilities and projects can be started at the same time and promoted simultaneously. It is necessary to do a good job in the preparatory work of the project commencement, and further sort out the relevant procedures and planning and design list. At the same time, all relevant departments should understand the policy requirements and strive for greater support. It is necessary to improve the quality of investment promotion, strengthen the tracking service, strengthen the guarantee of elements, and form an effective joint force; it is also necessary to strengthen the supervision, advance the service and ensure the efficient promotion of the project.

On November 7, the Yellow Sea Institute of science and technology and the first high-end Seminar on science and technology innovation of the Yellow Sea just concluded, Bincheng District Committee and district government organized and held this project scheduling meeting in our company, and mentioned the height of "No.1 Project", which highlighted the importance and urgency of the project. At present, the Yellow Sea Institute of science and technology and industrial park project has completed the project filing, and has been pushed to the provincial new and old kinetic energy "four batch" project library. The project is being organized to apply for provincial key projects, and the preparatory work of project construction is being carried out in an orderly manner.
