On June 4, 2020, the two-day and one night training for senior managers of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. was successfully completed in the West conference room on the first floor of the office building of the head office. The participants in this training include an Xiaonan, director general of Shoujian Agricultural Group Co., Ltd., Shen Xiaofeng, chairman of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd., Li Jianjun, chief executive officer of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. and other executives in Binhai, general manager (Minister), deputy general manager (Deputy Minister), workshop director of each department, etc.

At the beginning of the training, all staff review the corporate mission and corporate culture. The trainees are divided into six teams: Tianyi team, Huanghai team, Xuelang team, endeavour team, science and technology innovation team and combustion team. During the two-day and one night training process, everyone followed the training rhythm, actively participated in and spoke enthusiastically: to find out the target gap and formulate key action plans according to the current situation of the challenge; to decompose the company's vision and build a strategic map of the Department's vision, so as to make the Department's vision truly come into being through four levels: system, process, team and culture; to discuss how to build a benchmark and form a body Department, for each department to create a benchmark, benchmarking learning implementation.

Even though the study in the daytime is rather tired, we still have high morale in the evening. We dissect the "four Qiaochang" through evaluation dimensions and other aspects to explore practical plans, so that the "four Qiaochang" can be integrated into each department and individual. Then, the most "flavor" Qiaochang people's self portrait shows the characteristics of excellent Qiaochang people, and their taste of "excellent Qiaochang people" It is a benchmark for all of our Qiaochang people to learn.

During the intersessional period, everyone was enthusiastic and shared their full harvest. In two days and nights, everyone shared 180000 words, including 4563 words. At the end of the meeting, we have successfully concluded by reviewing the five initiatives and five intolerance.
