In the morning of May 30, 2020, Xu Guangwen, President of Shenyang University of chemical technology and his party visited Bohai advanced technology research institute and Weiqiao National Science and Technology Research Institute successively accompanied by Zhang Baoliang, member of the Standing Committee of Binzhou Municipal Committee, executive vice mayor, Zhang Ruijie, Bincheng District head, and Li Jianhan, deputy secretary of Bincheng District Committee.
