On October 20 and 21, 2018, the two-day and one-night Qiaochang Modern Agricultural Excellence Team Management Training Camp (Mechanism) was held in the conference room on the first floor of the company. The main training lecturer was held by Beijing Xinyi Taihe's three lecturers. 132 management officers from various departments of the company and the Shoujian Group participated in the training.

First of all, Mr. Zhang Wenkui started from the dimensions of the organization's target positioning and the three roles of the manager, “institutional formulators, result trackers and cultural communicators”, on how managers design reasonable goals and systems. The three main points, the monkey management method, and the YCYA node control method are explained in detail. Subsequently, Sun and Guo teacher focused on the 4R management model, and conducted training on the basis of the results definition, locking responsibility, process inspection and instant incentives.

After a fierce collision between the six groups, the F4 team won the first place in the group again, and Mr. Liu Xuejun, the chief marketing officer of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture, presented the prizes to the winners. Mr. Shen Xiaofeng, Chairman of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture, and three consultants respectively awarded diplomas to the students who participated in the study and graduated smoothly.
