First Construction Agricultural Group organized special training on safety compliance of senior executives

In order to further strengthen the ability of "directors, supervisors and senior executives" to perform their duties, compact the safety responsibilities of senior leaders, and effectively improve the compliance awareness of the management, the Group's Securities Investment Department organized a special training on compliance in the IPO security sector on the evening of September 24. Qin Jitao, EHS Director of Shoujian Science and Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to give on-site lectures. A total of 21 people participated in the training, including An Xiaonan, president of the First Construction Agricultural Group, Shen Xiaofeng, chairman, Li Jianjun, Zheng Yaochun, Zhao Wei, vice presidents, and leaders of the First Construction Technology and other project companies.

In the process of listing audit of enterprises, the safety production situation of enterprises and whether there are major violations in the field of production safety have always been one of the key points concerned by the audit department.

At the training meeting, Mr. Qin started with typical safety accidents in the domestic chemical industry, and made a key analysis on the principles of listing audit, the key points of the first listing audit on enterprise production safety, the response ideas to production safety inquiries, and the content of the new Work Safety Law. At the same time, based on the accountability and sentencing results of the "Xiangshui 321" major explosion accident, President Qin analyzed the safety responsibilities of all staff in the New Work Safety Law in detail, and interpreted 16 crimes involving work safety one by one, including the New Work Safety Law, the Criminal Law, and the Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws to Handling Criminal Cases Endangering Work Safety. Through Mr. Qin's explanation, the participants had a deeper understanding of the core content of the New Safety Law and their own safety responsibilities, and further deepened their awareness of safety risk prevention and control.

Shen Xiaofeng, Chairman of the First Construction Agricultural Group, said that the safety situation in the chemical industry is getting more severe and the legal provisions are getting more detailed. As a dangerous chemical production enterprise, the company's senior management should set an example to constantly improve the awareness of compliance, continue to pay attention to safety training and self learning, improve the system of main responsibility for safe production of all employees, fulfill their duties, gradually form a good corporate safety culture, and effectively improve the company's safety standardization level.
