On the afternoon of April 21, Liang Jinguang, deputy secretary of Binzhou Municipal Party committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Beihai Economic Development Zone, Zhang Bo, director of the Management Committee of Beihai Economic Development Zone, and other leaders came to the Beihai project site of Shoujian agricultural group for investigation and guidance. Shen Xiaofeng, chairman of Shoujian agricultural group, Dr. Li Ke, deputy general manager of Shoujian Technology Co., Ltd. and project manager of Beihai, accompanied the report.

Chairman Shen Xiaofeng reported to Secretary Liang and his party on the progress of Beihai project: "up to now, the land, planning, environmental impact assessment and energy assessment procedures have been successfully completed with the assistance of government departments. The construction of workshop main works and supporting facilities will begin in May this year. It is expected to complete the construction of phase I project in 2022 and put into operation."

Beihai project is the first key demonstration project for the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural group and the development of science and innovation. The project follows the relevant national and industrial standards, adopts advanced automatic control technology and environmental protection experience at home and abroad, and builds a domestic first-class intelligent management, green environmental protection, safe and controllable intelligent factory. At the same time, it is also an important industrial support for undertaking the implementation of technology in the strategic planning of "Research Institute Industrial Park industrial base" of the group.
