The newly revised production safety law will be officially implemented on September 1, 2021. The new law defines the safety responsibilities of production and business units and responsible persons, and increases the cost of safety violations. In order to implement the new law, focus on the innovation of safety production management and improve the effective solutions of safety management, Shoujian agricultural group held a training meeting on the implementation of comprehensive safety production under the new safety production law in the West conference room on the first floor of the office building from August 14 to 15, 2021.

During the training, Mr. Cao, starting from the new production safety law, deeply interpreted the main responsibilities of enterprises and prevented and defused risks; The course shared the safety management methods of excellent benchmarking enterprises such as DuPont, shell and Ge, as well as a large number of real cases, and analyzed the leading role of "sensible leadership". Standing at the level of safety culture, Mr. Cao discussed the safety culture that needs to be improved and the transformation measures from "want me to be safe" to "I want to be safe"; He also used psychology to analyze the psychological state of the person responsible for the accident in the production process, explained the correct psychological counseling methods, and brought you three moves and 28 methods of safety innovation.

After the training, the human resources department will organize targeted offline training and examination to consolidate and strengthen what we have learned. All personnel participating in offline training and examination passed the examination, and they handed in a satisfactory answer for their two-day training.
