Standing at the level of safety culture, Mr. Cao discussed the safety culture that needs to be improved and the transformation measures from "want me to be safe" to "I want to be safe"; He also used psychology to analyze the psychological state of the person responsible for the accident in the production process, explained the correct psychological counseling methods, and brought you three moves and 28 methods of safety innovation.
