Digital project of Capital Construction Group officially launched

On April 28, the digital project kick-off meeting of Shoujian agricultural group was held in the east conference room on the first floor of the company. CEO Li Jianjun, CIO Zhang Hongxia, CFO Zheng Yaochun, general manager of Huanghai Science Park Chu Dan and members of the company's digital engineering promotion team attended the meeting.

CEO Li Jianjun elaborated the importance of digital engineering, pointed out that the current group company to do digital top-level architecture is imminent. He stressed that at this stage, industrial automation has become the standard configuration of manufacturing enterprises, and four projects, including Beihai project, smart Park, preparation factory order system, and new material technology trading platform of Research Institute, are in urgent need of advanced planning and design, and implementation of digital engineering. He demanded that the division of labor be carried out, the project team be established, the person in charge of the project be determined, the project description be done well, the suitable supplier be found, and the scheme with the highest cost performance be determined through repeated discussion.

Then, Xing Yibo, project engineer of information department, made a detailed report on the principles, objectives, members, responsibilities and systems of establishing the digital engineering promotion group of the group. Liu Yuan, deputy general manager of the information department, made a brief report on the preliminary research results, target planning and project progress of the preparation order system. Zhang Wen, the general manager of the information department, proposed to establish a project evaluation system, evaluate the project risks, classify the importance and urgency of the project, establish a project management and tracking system, clarify the boundary between the project decision-making group and the implementation group, properly motivate innovative projects, and strengthen the training of project managers.

Zhang Hongxia, chief information officer, put forward the requirements of digital management for the four projects respectively. Instead of pursuing one-step implementation, it can be implemented step by step. The most important thing is to find a matching and most suitable supplier according to the demand.

Finally, CEO Li Jianjun once again made clear the project manager responsibility system, emphasizing that Beihai informatization and business should be highly compatible, that preparation display platform, order system, trading platform need independent research and development, that relatively independent research institute platform projects can consider the use of external resources, and that smart park projects should form their own plans and clear objectives before landing.
