Shoujian Binzhou HR elite sharing activity was successfully held in our company

On March 26, Binzhou City 2021 HR elite gathering Bincheng special session (the 10th total) sharing activity was held in the West conference room on the first floor of our company. The activity is sponsored by Binzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau, and jointly organized by Bincheng human resources and Social Security Bureau, Bohai human resources service industrial park and our company (Yellow Sea Science and Technology Research Institute). Yu Yan, member of the Party group of Binzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau and President of Binzhou labor and personnel dispute arbitration institute, Zhang Huibin, vice chairman of Bincheng CPPCC and director of Bincheng District human resources and Social Security Bureau, Li Jianjun, CEO of Shoujian agricultural group and executive president of Huanghai science and technology research Institute, and Yu Xiao, person in charge of Bohai human resources service Industrial Park, attended the activity. Nearly 150 people, including the person in charge of human resources work of some enterprises in Binzhou City and colleagues from the human resources department of our company, attended the activity.

This HR elite gathering sharing activity invited Li Ruifeng, a special lecturer of Shandong Honghai Human Resources Co., Ltd. to share the theme. Li, taking the construction and implementation of enterprise salary system as the theme, has carried out wonderful sharing around the "salary incentive theory", "project management of salary design" and "position value evaluation". In the interactive phase, Wang Fuller, Human Resources Department of our company also asked questions on the spot, and got the professional answers and sharing from Mr. Li.
