According to Bai Pinghe's speech, the planning and design of Huanghai science and technology park should be based on the current situation, focus on the long-term, take the high starting point planning as the guidance, make unified deployment, and strive to create "the best home in Dongcheng". We should unify our thinking, do a good job in the preparations for the founding ceremony of the Yellow Sea Institute of science and technology and the first high-end Seminar on scientific and technological innovation in the Yellow Sea, and make careful arrangements and arrangements around the concept of "wisdom City, wisdom and benefit Bincheng city". It is necessary to set up special working classes, strengthen the overall arrangement of epidemic prevention, meeting affairs and publicity, further clarify the work tasks, refine the work process, and ensure the smooth development of the activities.
