From September 11 to 12, 2019, Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. carried out customized training on the theme of "Transforming Leadership: Transforming from Business Backbone to Excellent Managers", which was successfully held in the western conference room on the first floor of the company's office building. Participants in this training include Anxiaonan, Chairman of First Construction Agricultural Group Co., Ltd., Shen Xiaofeng, Chairman of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd., Li Jianjun, CEO of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. and other senior executives in Binbin, general managers, deputy general managers and all internal instructors.

At the beginning of the training, all the staff read aloud the corporate mission and corporate culture, and the trainees were divided into six teams: China Team, Demon Boy Team, Excellence Team, Bulls Team, Lingyun Team and Eagle Team. In the next two days of training, Mr. Yang mainly shows you how to transform from three modules. Firstly, the three roles of Qiaochang managers are positioned and competent.
