At 8:00 am on April 22, 2019, the two-day and one-night "Strategic Empowerment System Seminar" kicked off in the West Conference Room on the first floor of the company and ended smoothly on the afternoon of April 23. Shen Xiaofeng, CEO of Qiaochang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd., CEO Li Jianjun, and more than 50 people in the company’s senior management, department heads and key operations personnel participated in the training. Yuan Jinhu, CEO of First Construction Real Estate Co., Ltd. and other first construction leaders also came to Bin to attend the seminar. This training aims to build a first-class team and accelerate the strategic transformation of the company: from strategic consistency to a business community. On the scene, six team members of the Dragon, Flying, Wolves, Science and Technology, Dreamcatcher and Team of Excellence were formed.

The seminar was chaired by Professor Yang Jigang, a renowned consultant and training expert on enterprise transformation in China, Xinyitaihe senior management consultant. Professor Yang Jigang used a large number of case studies, using free speech, group discussion, point sharing and other communication methods, closely around the theme of "strategic transformation", explained the essence of strategy for the students in detail, and analyzed VUCA, strategic map, BCG matrix, value chain CV model, BSC model, SMART rule and other tools. Through continuous group exercises and questioning, the participants reached a consensus on the corporate strategy in the transition period, and also mastered the methods and steps of decomposition and landing of strategic objectives.





After two days and one night of fierce competition, the final outstanding team ranked first. Chairman Shen Xiaofeng and Mr. Yang Jigang distributed commemorative books of OKR Work Law for everyone. Finally, CEO Li Jianjun made a concluding statement, gave a high appraisal of the training and put forward earnest expectations for all the trainees. He hope that you can really apply the knowledge learned to the daily strategic planning.
