   During the period, all the trainees went to the factory to visit the pesticide production line and warehouse, they focused on the field inspection of the semi-finished warehouse. After returning, everyone shared and learned in an active atmosphere.

   The training lasted for 10 days. The training courses covered a series of contents such as product production and processing knowledge, basic knowledge of pesticides, company policy system and informationization, expansion training, marketing practical skills training and autumn and winter key product research.

   It is the company's expectation for all marketing personnel to practice basic skills, team battles, and performance of everyone. The launch of this marketing special training course is a continuation of the company's new employee induction training activities in early July. The company's leaders attached great importance to the training and instructed the company's human resources department to plan preparations since the end of May.
